Pumpkin Pie

We decided to work on "fall" flavors today,
and we came up with this Pumpkin Pie Cupcake.
It features a graham cracker crust, pumpkin cake
topped with walnuts, cream cheese frosting &
topped with one single walnut on top.
YUM!
