Naughty Birthday Cake

Here's a cake I worked on for a birthday.
It's a little naughty, so we added the orange
stars to protect innocent eyes!

Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream frosting.
Covered in white chocolate fondant with
fondant decorations.
