Monkey Theme Birthday Party

This is the smash cake for a 1st birthday party
with a mod monkey party theme.

I did 4 dozen cupcakes: chocolate with chocolate frosting,
strawberry with vanilla frosting, vanilla with teal blue tinted
vanilla frosting and lemon with lemon frosting.
The cupcakes matched the colors of the decorations.

The smash cake was a 6" strawberry cake with vanilla
buttercream frosting. Decorations are fondant and gumpaste,
and were easily removable before the birthday boy
destroyed the cake!
