Fez Hat Birthday Cake

This cake was for a gentleman celebrating his 40th
birthday. His wife said he likes Fez hats and asked if
I could make a cake like that. Well, here it is!

It's is about 6" tall, with 5 layers of cake.
It has chocolate, vanilla and strawberry cake inside.
Vanilla buttercream frosting and then covered in fondant.
Decorations in gumpaste and fondant.
