Christmas Cakes

I just wanted to share some cakes I made over
the Christmas holiday to take to a couple
of family gatherings.




This is the cake version of our Mocha cupcake.
Chocolate cake with caramel and chocolate
syrup between the layers. It's then covered in
Mocha buttercream frosting and topped with
more caramel and chocolate syrup and chocolate
covered coffee beans.

This is a chocolate/chocolate/chocolate cake.
It's chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting
and then topped with dark chocolate ganache.
Yummmmm!!
